Teddy the Tour Rat

Teddy was a rat touring an eloquent dumpster behind the finest bakery
There were croissants and lady fingers
The finest baguettes
He had to paw through the paper waste and rosemary stems to get to the succulent butterballs
His teeth were chattering with excitement
The multitude of oder's where overwhelming
Every once in a while Teddy would find niddles of spoiled bacon
Last time Teddy tried to bring a strip of bacon back to his rathole
He was chased by a mangy ally cat with all but one fang missing
That one fang, rumor has it, has torn through the diseased flesh of 23 rats
Now it is well known that even without the aid of the infamous cat fang
A rat can live 3 and a half years before its fur rots off
4 years before its skin peels back
That is pretty good for a dumpster diet
goodnight to those sweet dreams you were pining for all day
along with the rotting rat flesh and fur
for at the break of dawn Teddy the tour rat in the the best dumpster
is still a disease in the garbage
